Moment.Us, LLC — Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
Moment.Us, LLC ("Moment.Us," "we," "us," or "our") provides photo booth, photo and video, AI booth, live engraving, personalized merchandise, and other event experiences for corporate events, brand activations, weddings, private events, and venue placements in the Seattle/Puget Sound area, the San Francisco Bay Area, and other locations we serve. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website (www.makeitmoment.us), our booking, proposal, contract, and payment tools, our text message (SMS) and email communications, and the experiences we run at events.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you inquire, book, sign a contract, or pay, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, billing address, event details (date, time, venue, guest count, schedule), design preferences, brand assets and logos, and any other details you share in forms, questionnaires, emails, calls, or texts.
Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card or bank account numbers on our systems.
Event guest information. At events, our booths and experiences capture photos, videos, GIFs, boomerangs, 360 videos, AI-generated images, and video messages. Guests may choose to enter an email address or mobile phone number to receive their content, and some events include optional survey questions, opt-in checkboxes, or data-capture fields set up by the event host or brand.
AI booths. AI experiences use the photo a guest takes to generate a stylized image. We use guest images only to create and deliver the requested content. We do not use facial images to identify individuals and do not create or sell facial recognition templates or other biometric identifiers.
Communications. We keep records of emails, text messages, phone calls (including missed calls), and messages sent through our website or booking tools so we can respond and provide service.
Automatically collected information. When you visit our website, we and our service providers collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and cookies or similar technologies used for site function and analytics.

3. Text Messaging (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages from Moment.Us, we use it to send messages related to your inquiry, booking, event, or delivered content, and, if you separately opt in, occasional promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. See the "Text Messaging Program" section of our Terms and Conditions for details.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with the service providers that help us deliver our messages (such as our SMS platform provider), and only for that purpose.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
Service providers that help us run our business, such as payment processing (Stripe), messaging and phone services (Twilio), photo booth software and gallery hosting, website hosting (Squarespace), cloud hosting and security, email, scheduling, CRM and project management, accounting, and e-signature tools. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
Event hosts and brands. Content captured at an event, and any guest data collected through optional data-capture fields, may be shared with the host or brand that booked the experience. Their use of that data is governed by their own privacy practices.
Team members and contractors who staff or support your event, limited to what they need to do the job.
Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Moment.Us, our clients, guests, or others.
Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
The SMS restriction in Section 3 applies to all sharing described above.
5. Photos, Videos, and Event Content
Event content is stored in our booth software and gallery platforms and shared with the event host. Unless a client opts out in writing, we may feature select event content in our portfolio, website, and social media as described in our Terms and Conditions. If you appear in content we've posted and would like it removed, email hello@makeitmoment.us and we will take reasonable steps to remove it.
6. Data Retention
We keep booking, contract, payment, and tax records as long as needed for our business and as required by law. Event galleries and guest content are generally kept for at least 12 months after the event and may then be deleted. Guest contact information collected only for content delivery is kept only as long as needed for that purpose or as agreed with the event host. You may request earlier deletion as described below.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
