What is a headshot station?

A headshot station is a pop-up portrait studio at your event: a pro photographer, studio lighting and a backdrop. Guests get a short session, pick their favorite on the spot and receive a retouched headshot they’ll actually use.

Why it works: it’s the take-home people value most, and they’ll use it on LinkedIn for years.

How it works

Three steps from the studio to their phone.

  1. 1

    Step into the studio

A pro photographer, studio lighting and a backdrop, set up right inside your venue.

  2. 2

    A quick, guided session

Our photographer directs a few poses so every guest looks natural and confident, solo or with their team.

  3. 3

    Pick your favorite

Guests review their shots on the spot, choose the one they love and get it on their phone.

Pick your look

Four ways to shoot it, all with our studio lighting.

Lit portraits in your venue’s own setting.

Ask us
What is a headshot station?

A headshot station is a pop-up portrait studio at your event: a pro photographer, studio lighting and a backdrop. Guests get a short session, pick their favorite on the spot and receive a retouched headshot they’ll actually use.

Do guests get to choose their photo?

Yes. Each guest gets a short session with a few poses, reviews the shots on the spot and picks their favorite.

Are the headshots retouched?

Yes. Every final headshot gets light, natural retouching, so guests look like themselves on a great day.

How do guests get their headshots?

Guests can see their photos right away in a live gallery on site and get them on their phone. The final retouched gallery is delivered after the event, on a timeline we agree on with you based on how many people we photograph.

How many people can you photograph?

It depends on your schedule and how many poses each guest gets. Tell us your headcount and we’ll plan the session length and timing around it.

Can we do team or group photos?

Yes. Team and group photos are available on request, alongside individual headshots.

What backdrops can we choose?

Any of three. A backdrop in your brand color makes every headshot feel like your event, a classic studio backdrop keeps a whole team consistent, and on-location portraits use your venue’s own setting. All use our studio lighting.
