What is live engraving?
Live engraving is a laser engraving station at your event. Guests pick a piece, order a name, initials, a date or a short message from their phone, and watch it engraved in front of them. They leave with a keepsake made just for them.
Why it works: watching the laser draws a crowd, and a piece with their name on it goes home and gets used.

Personalizing the Cayenne launch
For the new Cayenne launch at their Lynnwood showroom, Porsche Seattle North offered their clients a leather key fob with the Porsche crest on the front and their own engraving on the back.
The briefA high-end thank-you for Porsche clients at the “Cayenne Your Way” launch.
What we builtA Porsche-branded engraving bar: guests scanned a code, picked black or brown leather and one of three fonts, and typed their initials on their own phone.
The momentThey went back to the launch, got a text when their key fob was ready, and left with a piece made for them. Some engraved their own Porsche’s model code, like 911.

How long does each piece take?
It depends on the piece and the design. A name or initials is quick, while a detailed logo or artwork takes longer. Guests order from their phone and get a text when their piece is ready, so nobody has to wait in line.
What can guests have engraved?
A name, initials, a date or a short message, in a choice of fonts. We can also add your logo or custom artwork made for the event.
Which pieces do you engrave?
Compact mirrors are the favorite. We also engrave metal pieces, leather goods like key fobs and notebooks, hair clips and more, and we choose the mix with you for your event and guests.
Can we put our logo on every piece?
Yes. Your logo can be pre-engraved on every piece before the event, so guests only add their own engraving on the day. Logo files are due 7 days ahead.
Can you engrave our own products?
Yes. We can engrave guests’ names on your own products, so they go home with something from your line made just for them.
How long does the station run?
The station runs for the time you book or until the pieces are gone, whichever comes first. If you expect a big crowd, add an extra hour or more pieces.
Can it run next to a photo booth?
Yes. Engraving sits next to the booth, so guests get a photo and a keepsake in one stop.
